AGM MSAJ Kanto 2012 & Chinese New Year Party



Happy New Year!
2012 is here and the new term for MSAJ awaits! The Malaysian Students' Association In Japan (MSAJ) Kanto Division proudly invites all members and potential candidates to the Annual General Meeting of MSAJ Kanto. Once the AGM is finished, there will be a simple Chinese New Year party as the next day (23 Jan) is Chinese New Year. So please join us on that day to vote for the new term of MSAJ's committee members, and enjoy the festive season party.

Pre-Nominations
  1. Pre-nominations are opened from now till midnight of 2400 hours of Saturday 21st January 2012. For online submission, please use the 'Pre-nomination Form' and submit to 'Awadh Asyraf (presiden_kanto@msaj.net). For offline submissions, please hand in your nomination using 'Nomination Form' given below before 1400 hours of AGM MSAJ Kanto 2012.
  2. Each candidate must be nominated by one MSAJ member who is an undergraduate or postgraduate student as of January 2012. Nomination is to be seconded by another Malaysian student studying in Japan for equivalent or more than 6 months. Self-nominations are allowed but must be seconded by a different student individual.
    Each candidate and his/her supporter must attend AGM MSAJ 2012. The second supporter is not obliged to attend.
  3. Pre-nominated candidates are allowed to prepare a speech for 1 minute with or without a slideshow (.pdf format) not more than 2 pages. Candidates MUST send their campaign speech and slideshow to 'Awadh Asyraf (presiden_kanto@msaj.net) by 2400 hours Saturday 21st Jan 2012.
  4. Please read 'Posts for Executive Committee Members (AGM MSAJ Kanto 2012)' to understand requirements for each post available for election.
  5. Nominations should comply and be made using the form given below. MSAJ has the rights to revoke any nomination which fails to comply.
