PROTON Young Talent Programme
Pioneer of the Malaysian automotive industry, we are now keen to leverage on our leadership and make our marquee one of global significance. To help us accelerate these aspirations, we seek young, dynamic candidates undaunted by the immensity of such a challenge. The PROTON Young Talent Programme that affords structured corporate training over a 12-month period to build and develop the multiple skill sets and competencies. Additionally, candidates will be introduced to the various corporate units within PROTON to further enhance their general working knowledge and experience.
PROTON would appreciate it if respective representative in each country can help us in informing the students with regards to this programme.
Requirements:
· Open to Malaysian and overseas graduates with recognised Bachelor's or Master's Degree
· Preferably graduates with minimum 3.5 CGPA rating or equivalent. Consideration given to Upper 2nd Class graduates from top or Ivy League universities and recipients of academic excellence award (Dean's list)
· Below 27 years old
· Excellent command of English (written and oral)
· Excellent track record in extra-curricular activities
· Proven leadership (office bearer in school and/or university clubs and/or societies)
· Self-motivated high-achievers who are good team players and thrive on working within a challenging, fast-paced environment.
· Malaysian citizens only
